Take Cornell notes on the reading and then, email me your answer to the following questions:
1. Prior to reading the assignment, were you aware of the fact that myths have so many functions? Do you think that they actually serve all of their functions?
2. Why do you think that Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, etc, are not generally called myths and instead are considered legitimate religions?

1. Take "Collage Notes' on the Origin Belief handout (jot down important facts or ideas on a piece of paper as a collage, so that if I glanced at the paper, I would know what that section talked about. I showed examples in class)
