Read your Colonialism/Imperialism packet
Take notes
BE READY to teach the opposite group about your topic. (I will be asking questions to see how READY you are to teach someone else about it.)
Extra Credit: If you paraphrase the first 15 paragraphs of your article on a separate sheet of paper, you will get 30 pts of extra credit in Homework category.
Period 3
Write and post 8 vocab sentences for your new 8 vocab words as a comment to this post. Use them accurately based on their part of speech.
If you were absent or arrived late, see another classmate (certainly the seniors-Abby, Rosie, Marvin could help)

Look at your notes to see the last comments I wrote and then get inside your teacher's head.Email me your best answer to the following question: What do all the things I wrote mean? (Basically, what's my impression of the presentations that were given? )
Period 3
Do a little bit of research and tell me where your family originates from. What culture do you most associate with? Tell me why knowing this matters to you?
If you really, really, really don't know anything (not that you're just being lazy >:/) tell me how you think it would make a difference if you DID know where you come from and the things that you family overcame before you were brought into this world.

Email me telling me what you thought about the presentations that were given in class today. What do you think was good or bad about them? Why do you think that they were presented that way? Do you think that students did their best? Explain your answer.
10 pts Extra Credit
Email another student in your period giving them sincere feedback on their presentation and CC (carbon copy) the email to me so that I know you did it.

Email me what you think about our crazy class discussions. What do you think could be done better? What should we get rid of? (1 paragraph= 4-6 sentences)
