1. In football a reception is when you recieve the ball or when it is passed to you.
2. As I was taking a test for history I felt the incipient panic become stronger and stronger as I knew I was going to fail for not studying.
3. I wasn't perceptible to the fact that he yelled at me even though we were just laughing and having fun together.
4. I was susceptible to the influence of smoking but now that I am in a better enviornment I am no longer susceptible to that kind of influence.

1. My family and I are supposed to go to the family reception this weekend.
2. I began to feel the incipient anger when she kept assuming that I was mad.
3. Jack is usually always happy and in a good mood, but his that change was perceptible when he wasn't speaking up in class.
