The judge decided he didn’t want duplicate the guys protocols because she didn’t want any trace or remaining of the criminal.

Week 19 Vocabulary

Protagonist: Harry Potter has always been the protagonist in his self titled books and movies. However, what draw in his readers and audiences is the antagonists who create all the tension and action.

Protocol: Even though I begged my teacher, she said it was school protocol to call students’ parents after receiving a pink slip.

Protoplasm: Last year in biology, my teacher taught the class about substances in the living cells such as phitoplasms and protoplasms.

Prototype: The model car was a mere prototype of what the real version would be.

Antechamber: There was much anxiety as we waited in the antechamber of the hospital for the re4sponse from the doctor on my Aunt’s health status.

Antedate: My uncle has many 8-track tapes the antedate way back from the late 1980s.

Ante meridiem: After the power out-outage, the clocks automatically set to ante meridiem even though its after noon time.

Anterior: Anterior to getting into a romantic relation, it is vital to get to the know the person first.

1. In the movie “The Green Mile” Paul Edgecomb was the protagonist and the narrator.
2. All Navy Seals have to follow strict protocols from higher ranked officers.
