1. Consider the Native-American stories we have read and "Genesis" or any religious creation story that you may be familiar with.
2. Fill out the Example Chart that shows the purpose of creation stories. Provide an example for each of the functions named.

2. Highlight information that you think is interesting or that you may have questions on (this could include info that you think may be biased or inaccurate).

the story of the first encopunters are only the pages of 66-67 not 68 are do you want us to read voices form the time

I would like for you to read pgs 66-68. The text is interrupted by "The Log of Christopher Columbus" and continues on pg. 68. Be sure to read the Christopher Columbus diary entry also.
