Homework 10/6/09

Period 1
Complete the Timeline Project:
1. Construct a timeline that places the narratives in chronological order.
2. Include:
  • The name of explorer and natives that were involved in the narrative.
  • A significant fact about the reading.
  • You must add color and pictures to add interest to the project.
  • You will be asked to present them to the class.
  • You may work individually or in partners.

Extra Credit- add two of the other narratives that we have read and include all of the necessary facts.

Period 3

If you missed class, you must come and make up the vocab quiz.

1)Her friends and family felt that the weather was conducive in Escondido and therefore it made it easier for them to work out outside.
