  • Post Vocab Sentences
  • Answer Questions 8 and 9 on pg. 217 in the textbook.
Period 3
  • Post Vocab sentences
  • Read the New Walt Whitman packet that has the poem, "Ode to Walt Whitman"
  • Before you begin, however, look up the following words in the poem and highlight them. Then write the definition on a separate piece of paper.
  • Then, paraphrase each stanza/section that starts with the fancy letter.

•My brother would soon have to go to the orthodontics to get his teeth straight.
•At one time my parents wanted me to remain orthodox Jehovah’s Witness.
•My little sister was dropped on her head a couple times so we had to take her to an orthopedics.

1)When I go to work I try to deflect the heat, by wearing a funny looking hat.

2)Breaking your flexor is a serious issue you should try to avoid.

I was sceduled an appointment at the orthodontics because my lower teeh are extermly crooked.

My church is considered to be an orthodox church because of the historical similarites of fellowship and belifs.

My mother went to school to study orthopedics because of the increase in scyolus in young childern.

MY English teacher knows alot about orthograpy and the roots of words .

It is said to be a sargent in the military you havve to hold high rectitude.

My english teacher has us rectify are sentences.

In band assymelys its extermly important to stay in rectilinear formation so the band doesent bump int each other.

I asked the rector of my chuch to bless me witrh holy water.
